In the theatre room there are too main types of nurses, a scrub nurse, circulation nurse and also RN first assistant. The scrub nurses job is to make sure they are familiar and well educated with every piece of operational equipment. As on request they are required to provide the surgeons with the equipment needed. Circulation nurses have many similar responsible, although they are to insure that the operating room is clear and non-contaminated by previous surgeries or other infections. They are also there to collected, open, clear and sterilize packets containing surgical equipment. Register Nurse First Assistant: Surgeons often depend most heavily on the RN first assistant, who provides direct patient care. She watches for possible complications by monitoring a patient’s vital signs, including heart rate, pulse and respiration. If she sees signs of trouble, she immediately alerts the surgeon so he can halt the surgery. She takes direction from the surgeon and also performs emergency care such as CPR and controlling bleeding.

Oophorectomy (removal of ovaries) is frequently done together with hysterectomy to decrease the risk of ovarian cancer. Postpartum to remove either a severe case of placenta praevia or placenta percreta as well as a last resort in case of excessive obstetrical haemorrhage. Severe developmental disabilities, though this treatment is controversial at best. Maternal-fetal medicine an obstetrical subspecialty, sometimes referred to as perinatology that focuses on the medical and surgical management of high-risk pregnancies and surgery on the fetus with the goal of reducing morbidity and mortality.

Endometrial ablation is a medical procedure that is used to remove (ablate) or destroy the endometrial lining of a uterus.

This field is rapidly changing in response to new developments and innovations in endoscopy, robotics, imaging and other interventional procedures. Gynecological surgery is also expanding and now encompasses all surgical interventions pertaining to women health, including oncology, urogynecology and fetal surgery.

Vitreoretinal surgery refers to any operation to treat eye problems involving the retina, macula, and vitreous fluid. These include retinal detachment, macular hole, epiretinal membrane and complications related to diabetic retinopathy.

Various vitreoretinal surgical and laser approaches can restore, preserve and enhance vision for many eye conditions such as certain types of age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, diabetic vitreous hemorrhage, macular hole, a detached retina, epiretinal membrane and CMV retinitis.

A large variety of conditions can affect the vitreous and retina that lie on the back part of the eye that is not readily visible, such as diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, retinal detachments or tears, macular holes, retinopathy of prematurity, retinoblastoma, uveitis, eye cancer, flashes and floaters

Oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMS or OMFS) specializes in treating many diseases, injuries and defects in the head, neck, face, jaws and the hard and soft tissues of the oral (mouth) and maxillofacial (jaws and face) region. It is an internationally recognized surgical specialty.

When non-surgical treatment is insufficient or there is definite joint damage, your oral surgeon may suggest surgery. Performing reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. Oral surgeons can correct jaw, facial bone and facial soft tissue problems that result from trauma or the removal of cysts and tumors.

An oral and maxillofacial surgeon is the oral health care provider who performs many types of surgical procedures in and about the entire face, mouth, and jaw area. Oral and maxillofacial surgeons treat accident victims who suffer facial injuries and offer reconstructive and dental implant surgery.

Reconstructive plastic surgery is performed to correct functional impairments caused by burns; traumatic injuries, such as facial bone fractures and breaks; congenital abnormalities, such as cleft palates or cleft lips; developmental abnormalities; infection and disease; and cancer or tumors.

Plastic surgeons perform operations that change the shape or appearance of part of a patient's body. They not only perform cosmetic surgeries such as nose jobs or face lifts, but they also perform reconstructive surgeries for patients who have injuries from a car crash or other accident or for those with birth defects.

Reconstructive surgery is, in its broadest sense, the use of surgery to restore the form and function of the body; maxillo-facial surgeons, plastic surgeons and otolaryngologists do reconstructive surgery on faces after trauma and to reconstruct the head and neck after cancer.

Cardiovascular (heart) surgery is surgery on the heart or great vessels performed by cardiac surgeons. Frequently, it is done to treat complications of ischemic heart disease (for example, coronary artery bypass grafting), correct congenital heart disease, or treat valvular heart disease from various causes including endocarditisrheumatic heart disease and atherosclerosis. It also includes heart transplantation. A more subtle complication of neurocognitive deficits attributed to cardiopulmonary bypass is known as post perfusion syndrome, sometimes called "pumphead".

Open heart surgery is a surgery in which the patient's heart is open and surgery is performed on the internal structures of the heart.

Oncology nurses work in a multi-disciplinary team, in a variety of settings, from the inpatient ward, to the bone marrow transplant unit, through to the community. Oncology nurses often serve as your first line of communication, and help coordinate the many aspects of your care throughout cancer treatment. They may perform a number of duties. An Oncology Nurse provides care for cancer patients and those at risk for getting the disease. Oncology nurses must manage both the symptoms of a patient’s disease and the side effects of various cancer treatments. They monitor physical conditions, prescribe medication, and administer chemotherapy and other treatments. Oncology nurses witness much suffering but this stress is offset by the long-term relationships they often develop with patients and their families.

The purpose of Nursing Education is to enhance the development of the nursing profession by educated the nurses in their specific area. Nursing course is one of the cornerstones of the health care system. Nurses play an important role in health promotion, prevention strategies, and care of people. The explanation for nursing is particularly conducted through implicit knowledge. We examined that the professional improvement of the nursing carrier in Europe requires an intelligible and well-explained nurse aspect. This certain intent of professional education for nursing does not require the total figure of assumed idea. Registered nurse education the global development needs the acceptance of an experienced status by involving together. This signifies that the appreciations of the demand for a more clearly expressed nursing role are incorporated during work experience. This confirms about the urgency and value of role repetition and interactions with an authorized group as part of the educational procedure. This is the unique courses of medical education which contents both theoretical and practical training provided to nurses for the purpose to prepare them as nursing care professionals. Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life. Nurse education has undergone a process of diversification towards advanced and specialized credentials; minimally invasive surgery refers to surgical techniques that limit the size of incisions needed and so lessens wound healing time, associated pain and risk of infection. The front-runners of minimally invasive procedures were interventional radiologists. Robotic surgery allows doctors to perform many types of complex procedures with more precision.
